What are the fees?

Your only cost with KMG is an Administration fee per file. The fee is $997 per file for the first 40 files. Thereafter the drops to only $375 per file. We're the only broker model that has a MaxCap 40K program in place! Ask Brian about this program.

Can I get paid W2?

Yes, you can! If your state doesn't allow 1099 or you prefer to get paid as a W2, we can give you a W2 option. 

Can this work with my entire mortgage branch?

Certainly, the more the merrier! We have a "Max Cap 40K" program that enables your branch to minimize on Administration Fees. 

Can I do this remotely?
